Product Description

1. Provide better heat dissipation and fuller heat exchange

    
The main function of the cooling equipment is to increase the heat exchange efficiency as much as possible, so that the hot water (air) can be quickly exchanged after passing through the cooling equipment to achieve the purpose of cooling. Therefore, the temperature of the hot water (air) is relatively high before passing through the cooling fan, and the ordinary reducer is not specially designed, and the ambient temperature may exceed the rated working temperature of the reducer, so that it cannot be properly dissipated, causing the reducer to fail to drive normally. The cooling fan works to damage the gearbox and motor in severe cases. The SFC has been specially designed, the same volume of the gearbox, the surface area of ​​the casing is much larger than the surface area of ​​the outer casing of the ordinary gearbox, which is more conducive to the heat dissipation of the reducer. We know that the closer to the center of the cooling fan, the worse the air flow and the slower the heat exchange process. Therefore, for the SFC series reducer, we have a strong cooling fan (the cooling tower is standard) and will slow down. The hot air near the machine is blown around the fan, making the air around the reducer more fluid, preventing the hot air from stagnation around the reducer, and making the heat exchange more complete. 
2. Better vibration resistance

     A fan that is designed to be evenly distributed will inevitably vibrate while it is running. If the dynamic balance design of the fan is not good, the deformation of the output shaft may exceed the allowable range and cause the broken shaft, causing serious accidents. Sometimes, due to the breakage or loss of the fan blades during operation, the fan will be seriously unbalanced. The SFC is designed to increase the span of the output shaft bearing, so that the output shaft can better carry the vibration of the fan during operation.

3. More compact and stable installation

     In order to make air flow more efficient, SFC has also been improved in the design of the mounting surface. Unlike the conventional gearbox rectangular mounting surface, the SFC features a more compact and uniform square mounting surface. The force is more uniform, and it can better withstand the vibration load; the mounting surface is smaller, and the air stagnation at the installation position of the reducer is reduced to a minimum.
4. Safer and more convenient maintenance

     Since the SFC is based on the PARAMAX® 9000 series, it is 9000 hours of maintenance-free operation as in the PARAMAX® 9000 series (the normal maintenance cycle for a typical gearbox is 5000 hours). The oil injection hole, the oil drain hole and the vernier are located on the output shaft side of the housing to ensure that the maintenance operation is not affected by the maintenance work position. Since the observation window is above the oil level, it is possible to check the operation inside the gearbox through the observation window without draining the oil. The steering and operation of the motor can be checked without disassembling the motor. (This function requires a special type of coupling.
